Home Meet vs Breckenridge this week
Hello Devil Rays,
Our next home meet is this Tuesday, July 1st against Breckenridge. You have probably noticed this meet is labeled an exhibition, this is because Breckenridge can't host any home meets this season and are considered an exhibition team. Regardless of the score this meet will count as a win for us.
As usual the parking lot is reserved for the visiting team so we will all have to park along the street on the pool side only. Do not park where you will block or restrict a driveway.
The space under the green canopy and that side of the deck is reserved for the visiting team. Please place all of your items on the pond side of the deck. I would recommend bringing a folding chair if you plan to sit.
The kiddie pool will be completely off limits for the duration of the meet.
Timeline for Tuesday:
- 4:30PM - Setup volunteer check in
- 4:45PM - Swimmer Check in with coaches to get numbered.
- 5-5:30PM - Devereaux warm up (Breckenridge warms up from 5:30-6)
- 5:30PM - Volunteer Check in
- 5:45PM - Pre-meet official briefing with TSA Reps & all non-setup volunteers
- 5:55PM - Announcements
- 6:00PM - Events begin
Concessions - We will have nachos, pizza, chips, Gatorade, candy, and water. All concessions are by card or Google/Apple pay only, no cash.
