Hello Devil Rays,

Our first home meet is tomorrow, June 17 against Arbor Creek. The parking lot is reserved for the visiting team so we will all have to park along the street on the pool side only. Do not park where you will block or restrict a driveway.

Also, the space under the green canopy and that side of the deck is reserved for the visiting team. Please place all of your items on the pond side of the deck. I would recommend bringing a folding chair if you plan to sit.

The kiddie pool will be completely off limits for the duration of the meet.

Timeline for tomorrow:

• 4:30PM - Setup volunteer check in
• 4:45PM - Swimmer Check in with coaches to get numbered.
• 5-5:30PM - Devereaux warm up (Arbor Creek warms up from 5:30-6)
• 5:30PM - Volunteer Check in
• 5:45PM - Pre-meet official briefing with TSA Reps & all non-setup volunteers
• 5:55PM - Announcements
• 6:00PM - Events begin

Concessions - We will have nachos, pizza, fruit, chips, Gatorade, candy, and water. All concessions are by card or Google/Apple pay only, no cash.

If you are not going to make the meet please let us know by emailing devereauxdevilrayswim[email protected] ASAP, so that we can adjust meet entries and volunteer spots.
