• Check in - Arrive at 4:45 p.m. to get checked in and numbered. Warm up is at 5:00 p.m.
• Volunteer Check in - Set up check in at 4:30 pm. All others, check in at 5:30 pm. There will be a pre-meet official briefing that begins promptly at 5:45 pm in the parking lot.
• Concessions - We will have pizza, snacks, and drinks for sale. We only accept cash, bring change and small bills if possible.
