Hi Devil Ray Families!

We have our first home meet on Tuesday 6/20 against Park Village. The parking lot is reserved for the visiting team, please park on the street (pool side of the street only). Please do not park where you will block/restrict driveways.

Also, the entry side/under the canopy is reserved for the visiting team, please place your items/sit on the pond side of the pool deck.

We still need traffic guides, please sign up here Signup Calendar - Devereaux Devil Rays (swimtopia.com) to help if you can.

• Swimmer Check in - Arrive at 4:30 pm to get checked in and numbered. Warm up is at 4:45 pm.
• Volunteer Check in - Set up check in at 4:30 pm. All others, check in at 5:30 pm. There will be an official pre-meet briefing that begins promptly at 5:45 pm in the parking lot.
• Concessions - We will have pizza, snacks, and drinks for sale. We only accept cash, bring change and small bills if possible.

If there is a chance that you are not going to make it, please let us know by emailing devereauxdevilrayswim[email protected] ASAP, so that we can adjust meet entries and volunteer spots.
